Magaly Sanchez

Magaly Sanchez is a Litigation Paralegal at Freight Collection Solutions Law Group, PLLC, where she supports attorneys and clients in freight collections and transportation-related litigation matters. With more than five years of experience in Texas courts and legal operations, she plays a key role in managing matters from intake through post-judgment enforcement.

Her experience includes drafting pleadings, coordinating service of process, preparing discovery and motions, and assisting with enforcement procedures, including writs of execution and abstracts of judgment. Magaly is known for her attention to detail, organization, and ability to keep matters progressing efficiently while maintaining consistent communication with clients, courts, and legal teams.

Before joining the firm, she worked with several Texas law firms focused on collections and civil litigation. Magaly holds a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Houston–Downtown and is fluent in English and Spanish.
