Cristina Belaval is the founder and managing attorney of Freight Collection Solutions Law Group, PLLC, a law firm dedicated exclusively to freight collections and transportation-related dispute resolution. She represents motor carriers, freight brokers, logistics companies, and transportation businesses in matters involving unpaid freight charges, double brokering disputes, factoring conflicts, and complex transportation-related payment issues.
Before founding Freight Collection Solutions, Cristina built a broad commercial litigation practice representing clients in complex financial disputes, lender liability matters, construction litigation, and high-value mortgage foreclosures, including First Preferred Ship Mortgage enforcement. She has first-chaired non-jury trials and second-chaired jury trials and arbitration proceedings, with experience spanning pleadings, discovery appeals and judgement enforcement.
